Most monogram pieces are coated canvas with the pattern printed on the surface. This one is suede, and you can feel it under your thumb.

Suede has a nap. Brushed one way the tone deepens, the other way it lightens. That shift is the material, not a flaw.

Care

Protect it first. A suede protector spray before the first wear makes the real difference against water and stains.

Brush it now and then. A soft suede brush, always in the same direction, lifts the nap and keeps the monogram crisp.

Keep it dry. Suede isn't made for rain. If it gets wet, blot it gently, let it air-dry away from direct heat, then brush once dry.

For a mark, a suede eraser works better than water.

The warranty does not cover damage caused by accidents, misuse, normal wear and tear, or unauthorized alterations.

2 Years Warranty

All NDG Paris bags are covered by a 2-year warranty. This warranty protects against manufacturing defects in materials or workmanship under normal use. If a defect arises within this period, NDG will repair or replace the item free of charge.

The warranty does not cover damage caused by accidents, misuse, normal wear and tear, or unauthorized alterations.

Is the monogram printed?
No. It is pressed into the suede under heat and pressure, tone on tone. Run your thumb across it: the relief is the suede itself. A printed monogram cracks, peels or fades. A pressed one wears in.

Is this real leather?
Yes. Suede is genuine leather with a brushed, velvety surface. We state the material on every product page, for every line.

Why does the tone change with the light?
Because suede has a nap. The fibers catch light differently depending on their direction, so the color shifts as the piece moves. Two pieces side by side will not match exactly. That is the material, not a fault.

Can it get wet?
It can handle a light shower, but suede isn't made for rain. Blot it, let it air-dry away from heat, and brush it once dry. A protector spray before the first wear helps a lot.

How should I store it?
In the dust bag it came with, away from direct sun. Loosely stuffed if you want it to hold its shape.

Can I return it?
Collaboration pieces and promotional purchases are Final Sale and are not eligible for return or exchange.

What if it arrives with a defect?
That is different, and it is on us. Every piece carries a two year warranty covering hardware, stitching and structure. Write to us with a photo: we replace it or refund you in full. Normal wear and patina are not defects, they are the point.

How long does delivery take?
Every US order ships from our warehouse in Texas. Free shipping, tracked, no customs, no import fees, nothing to pay at the door. Orders ship within 1 business day and arrive 2 to 3 business days later.
