SHIPPING

North American orders are shipped from our warehouses in Texas, USA.

International orders are shipped from our warehouses in Hong Kong.
Please allow up to 1-3 business days for order processing. Once your order has been processed, items will be shipped within 48 hours (except pre-orders). Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or local public holidays. Shipping is handled via FedEx Express.
Upon delivery to the applicable carrier, the risk of loss or damage transfers to the customer. Delivery is considered complete, and title to the products passes to the customer upon acceptance of the shipment by the carrier.
PRE-ORDER TERMS

In-stock items ordered with pre-order items will ship when the pre-order item becomes available, subject to stock availability.

LOCAL TAXES
Please note that local charges (sales tax, customs duties, etc.) may apply depending on your region and local customs regulations. These charges are the customer's responsibility.
SERVICE DELAYS & DELIVERY ISSUES
NDG is not responsible for unexpected shipping delays caused by external factors such as customs processing, clearance delays, weather disruptions, or courier-related issues.
Once an order is marked as delivered by the shipping carrier, NDG is not liable for lost, stolen, or misplaced packages. We strongly recommend selecting the signature-required option at checkout to help ensure secure delivery.
For any delivery issues after tracking shows the item as delivered, please contact the relevant courier (UPS, FedEx, DHL, or Ontrac) directly with your tracking or waybill number. If you suspect theft, we recommend filing a police report and checking with neighbors or building management.
EXCHANGES

Please note that style and color options cannot be changed once your order is confirmed. We encourage you to read the product descriptions carefully before purchasing.

Despite our best efforts to provide accurate images of each product’s color and design, actual colors and designs may vary slightly due to different screen settings, lighting conditions, product finish variations, and other factors.

All orders will receive an order confirmation immediately after purchase, which will include your order number and a summary of your purchase. Please keep your order number private and refer to it when contacting customer service.

Once an order is placed, we are unable to make any changes or edits. To ensure a smooth experience, we kindly ask that you double-check your shipping and billing details before completing your purchase, especially when using express checkout options like Apple Pay or Shop Pay.
