OUR 2-YEAR WARRANTY

Every NDG bag is made to be carried daily. We stand behind the way our bags are made, and every piece is covered by a limited 2-year warranty from the date of delivery.

WHAT IS COVERED

Manufacturing defects in materials or workmanship under normal use, including:

• Stitching and seams
• Zippers, clasps and hardware
• Handles and straps
• Structural defects in the body of the bag
• Defects in the embossing or finish

If a covered defect appears within two years, we repair or replace your bag free of charge, shipping included.

WHAT IS NOT COVERED

Leather is a natural material. It softens with use, develops a patina, and records the life of the bag. This evolution is part of its character and is not a defect.

The warranty does not cover normal wear and tear, accidents, damage caused by improper care or storage, or alterations and repairs made outside NDG.

HOW IT WORKS

1. Email orders@ndgparis.com with your order number and photos of the issue.
2. Our team reviews your claim and responds within 2 business days.
3. If the defect is covered, we repair or replace your bag at no cost to you.

No registration is required. Your order number is your proof of purchase. If your bag was a gift, contact us and we will help locate the original order.

This limited warranty gives you specific legal rights. You may also have other rights, which vary from state to state.
