Returns & Exchanges

Exchanges are available within 14 days of delivery on unworn items in original condition, with tags and packaging intact, subject to inspection on arrival. Return shipping, reshipping and any price difference are the customer's responsibility.

Returns for refund are accepted within the same period, subject to a return processing fee deducted from the refund. Limited editions and drops are final sale.

Most monogram pieces are coated canvas with the pattern printed on the surface. This one is leather, and you can feel it under your thumb.

The worn finish is intentionally uneven. Variations in tone, across the surface and from piece to piece, are part of the design.

Care

Your piece arrives already fed with oil, deep and rich. Right now, it needs nothing.

What happens next is a choice.

Keep the depth. Feed it now and then with a leather oil, worked in with a soft cloth. It revives the tone and holds the piece where it is.

Let it wear. Use a neutral balm instead, or simply carry it. It will lighten where your hands go, catch light differently, and develop its own patina.

Keep it dry. If it gets caught in the rain, let it air-dry naturally, away from direct heat.

Neither route is more correct than the other. It's yours now.

All NDG Paris bags are covered by a 2-year warranty. This warranty protects against manufacturing defects in materials or workmanship under normal use. If a defect arises within this period, NDG will repair or replace the item free of charge.

The warranty does not cover damage caused by accidents, misuse, normal wear and tear, or unauthorized alterations.

2 Years Warranty

All NDG Paris bags are covered by a 2-year warranty. This warranty protects against manufacturing defects in materials or workmanship under normal use. If a defect arises within this period, NDG will repair or replace the item free of charge.

The warranty does not cover damage caused by accidents, misuse, normal wear and tear, or unauthorized alterations.

Is the monogram printed?
No. It is pressed into the leather under heat and pressure, tone on tone. Run your thumb across it: the relief is the leather itself. A printed monogram cracks, peels or fades. A pressed one wears in.

Is this real leather?
Yes. The Toast line is premium leather. We state the material on every product page, for every line.

Why is the color uneven?
Because it is meant to be. The worn finish reads differently across the surface and from one piece to the next. Two pieces side by side will not match exactly. That is the finish, not a fault.

How should I store it?
In the dust bag it came with, away from direct sun.

Can I return it?
Classic pieces bought at full price can be returned within 7 days of delivery, unworn and with their dust bag, for store credit or an exchange. Return shipping is at your charge. Collaboration pieces and promotional purchases are final sale.

What if it arrives with a defect?
That is different, and it is on us. Every piece carries a two year warranty covering hardware, stitching and structure. Write to us with a photo: we replace it or refund you in full. Normal wear and patina are not defects, they are the point.

How long does delivery take?
Every US order ships from our warehouse in Texas. Free shipping, tracked, no customs, no import fees, nothing to pay at the door. Orders ship within 1 business day and arrive 2 to 3 business days later.
