All NDG Paris bags are covered by a 2-year warranty. This warranty protects against manufacturing defects in materials or workmanship under normal use. If a defect arises within this period, NDG will repair or replace the item free of charge.

The warranty does not cover damage caused by accidents, misuse, normal wear and tear, or unauthorized alterations.

Is this real leather?
No. The body is recycled cotton canvas with vegan nubuck trim. We state the material on every product page, for every line.

Why is the color uneven?
Because it is meant to be. The canvas is stone-washed, so tone varies across the surface and from one piece to the next. That is the finish, not a fault.

How should I store it?
In the dust bag it came with, away from direct sun. Loosely stuffed if you want it to hold its shape.

Can I return it?
Classic pieces bought at full price can be returned within 7 days of delivery, unworn and with their dust bag, for store credit or an exchange. Return shipping is at your charge. Collaboration pieces and promotional purchases are final sale.

What if it arrives with a defect?
That is different, and it is on us. Every piece carries a two year warranty covering hardware, stitching and structure. Write to us with a photo: we replace it or refund you in full. Normal wear and patina are not defects, they are the point.

How long does delivery take?
Every US order ships from our warehouse in Texas. Free shipping, tracked, no customs, no import fees, nothing to pay at the door. Orders ship within 1 business day and arrive 2 to 3 business days later.
